Only for runners: I broked my meniscus, (left-inner-back horn) try to run again with pain and suffering. In special in forwards and backwards extreme possition. I just received this, I run today 10K without any pain, great support, very confortable, running in uneven country path with pebbles, it was OK. A little burning sensation after 3k uphillrunning, but released in flat, downhill running (post probably lack of training). It retains the kneel to reached most extreme possition, so no risk of damage. Safe sensation in during the running. becomed wet inside after fininised. I feel alive and kicking again, THANKS, great product, sensational product, just put on and run. Strongly recommended, feel free again by few coins.
